3★彡 So once upon a time, my book-starved self asked for my mom to borrow any book from the library of the university she works at, and she brought me this one *facepalms. It was so random; I didn't even major in business. Anyway, I still read this through, and the technical depth is balanced with reader-friendly language so that even those without prior knowledge can grasp the subject. It's just not my type of book, and it's a bit dated (pub. 2004) ~
