3.5 stars Having just read the book about William Clark, it was fun to read Meriwether Lewis and fill in some of the stories of them together. Meriwether’s childhood was vastly different than William’s, yet they were great friends. This was an enjoyable story and kept my interest. I would certainly recommend it to anyone learning about Lewis and Clark.
This was a delightful historical fiction about the famous explorer Lewis from 'Lewis and Clark' fame. Well written with stories from the childhood of Meriwether Lewis. Easily written and illistrated with the young reader in mind.
