The Phoenix Strategy

Rate this book
The Phoenix Strategy was mainly written to help people who experience stress, anxiety and depression. However, once tagged as the 'Self Help Bible', it goes much further than that and provides readers with an opportunity to explore themselves, their desires, goal and dreams. There are over 40 exercises designed to help people help themselves get back on track. There also affirmations, along with helpful advice and tips. This is the book that everyone needs to have, for those low times or unfocussed moments.

Great for dipping in and out of when you want to cope with stress, anxiety, goal setting. Really helpful exercises and tips. Easy to read and easy to access. Good to keep as a self help book that can be used over and over, by yourself or friends
