I found the title is a little bit cringe, yet this book has been an invaluable resource in my professional journey. It's helped me gain a deeper understanding of my needs and the impact of unfulfilled needs on my work life.

Through its insights, I've discovered where I should position myself in the workplace and how to effectively work towards my career goals. It's akin to having a trusted mentor guiding me every step of the way.
