A good read ,not at all dry , Two " interviews " with successful entrepreneurs and directions to build a domestic work written by a carpenter, the best I have seen . A table of Temperature and probable Brewing time and reference to an ( American product which extends the shelf life of compost tea from hours to days . A good " resoutces " section .
