The Tower Code
Mysterious things can happen in mysterious places.
As the war in Iraq rages, a squad of soldiers is ordered to remove relics from an ancient tower before looters come in to do the same.
But the tower does not only hold its ancient relics safe, but the souls of those who enter its secret realm are also on its list of artifacts.
This secret realm is a place known by some as Purgatory, for others, a place between heaven and hell.
Trapped inside, the group of soldiers tries to escape and soon befriend others who have met the same fate, many years in the past.
It doesn’t take long before the soldiers discover that the tower holds other secrets, mythological creatures, fairies, nymphs, and everything else imaginable, all looking to gain power. But it is a demon that they have to fear the most, a demon whose wish is to sink Purgatory into hell and everyone with it.
There is only one way out, a secret code is hidden in ancient transcriptions, but to decipher the tower code and escape, the soldiers are going to need much more than their ability to survive, if they are to escape the real war that is brewing amidst them.
