This is another timeless Military Science work by General Fuller. He was master and blending the technical with the Military Operational Art to explain how technology impacts the manner wars are fought. When reading this work do not focus on the date or details of the technology of his time period. Focus on the "impacts", "the what", "the why" and "the how" the Operational Art of War is impacted.
