As a fan of Lucas Hollweg from the Sunday Times, I just loved the recipes in this book. My daughter and I have tried out mainly savoury dishes and we found he uses a lot of lemon which we like!

I love the cakes in particular. As the introduction says, the recipes are “unapologetically simple”, which is no bad thing. His cakes are particularly good.
