Something Sexy

Rate this book
In Book 8 of the Action! Series, Mark Antonious Richfield is weary of going through the same self-doubt and anxiety about growing older and continuing to be the reign of the Nation’s Top Male Model and Dangereux Cologne’s poster boy.Mark decides it’s time to ‘reinvent’ himself. But little did he know he’d become the new underground BDSM icon. Always happy to play the submissive to his men; Steve Miller, Jack Larsen, and Adam Lewis, Mark discovers the world of leather and bondage, a role more natural to him than his guest spots on the racy cable drama Forever Young. After a trip to London that he had promised for ages to his son Alexander, Mark is propelled to the spotlight once again, as the perfect submissive and his sexually explicit photos begin to spread like a virus in the tabloids.Has Mark finally made peace with who he is? Destined to be ‘Something Sexy’ for eternity. For the gorgeous but flawed, male model, this adventure will be his ultimate lesson in self-discovery.

I really really struggled to finish this book and it really not like me and if there are any more books after this with alex in them im going to really have to think hard about reading them even though i have really been enjoying the series.

Before this book i really didnt like alex, now i really really cant stand him!!
He's 22 for crying out loud! He has no respect for anyone or anything
He's self centred, spiteful, immature and manipulative.

His life before he turned up might have been bad but i cant feel for the life of me feel sorry for him.
Even though mark sometimes has his moments and i'd love to give him a slap for them but its mostly aim at himself and i can understand his insecurities and he doesn't set out to intentionally hurt anyone and most of the time his behaviour is forgiveable and he truly does regret his actions, although i still haven't forgiven him for cheating on steve.

What really irritates me is how everyone lets him still be around even though they know exactly how he behaves and what will happen if they are alone with him, i wouldn't even let him in my house if i knew he was a threat of any kind. Fair enough mark is too soft to kick him out and maybe i am a bitch but how can they just let him get away with his actions just because he turns on the water works and because he's under pressure there's just no excuse for any of his behaviour to this degree.

I really hate Alex. I dont understand why anyone, much less Billy would fall for him at all! I just wanted to smack him the entire book! Spoiled brat.... And Mark isn't coming across as "innocent" but stupid. Who in this day & age honestly believes that it would take months for a picture to "make it across the pond"? AND for someone in advertising to be surprised by the negative repercussions of such a picture on your modeling career? Grrr... Did not care for this book at all.

I have to say, not a big an of this one.. I loved the series until now. The thing with Billy really did not set well with me. I fine if all parties are on board with having a good time and being free to do who you want but that was not the case and for the book to end like it was no big deal was not my cuo of tea...

This book took a really different turn, Mark and Steve take a trip to England to attend a wedding for one of Marks relatives. While there, Mark does so many things that just seem so out of character for him. Sure its fun, but I'm not sure his character would be quite so open. I like the change in dynamic in Steve and Mark's relationship though. Alex is left on his own staying at Oliver's house. He soon realizes something isn't right with he and Oliver, and they end up breaking up. He then finally gets his fantasy realized and seduces Billy. This book went a little over the edge for me, but we'll see where the series goes from here

Love this series the book was really good I belive the next one in this series will be even better now that alex has gottin rid of his weigh down which was oliver can't say I realy liked character at all Mark "reinvents" his self, and does somethings that he might regret later as does Alex those who have read this series know's what a handful he can be, and some of the things he does his outrageous hopefully by the end of this series he will get the older man,and the attention that he longs for...
