Has a few good recipes - I use it more for rough ideas than to follow the recipes exactly. Many of the recipes incorporate pre-packaged soy products into a recipe rather than working with a raw ingredient and giving advice on how to prepare it to give the desired effect. In a few of the recipes, the soy ingredient even seems to be a kind of afterthought. If you like easy cooking and are curious about soy, but have never tried it, this is a decent beginner's book.
