In 2025, Elysa Summers was revived so Dianna can continue to write contemporary romance and women's fiction without confusing her dark fantasy-loving readers.

The one-star review that was left for this book is illegitimate. If you look at the reviewer's profile, they one-starred 170 books all around the same time (even the same day) that they joined Goodreads. In addition, this book was unpublished in 2012 (having had pretty much no downloads) and yet the reviewer left the rating in 2014.
