This is a fantastic book that outlines most of the considerations that need to be accounted for when training athletes, or in my case rehabilitating patients in physical therapy. I found it informative in each chapter and it was a surprisingly easy read with non of the drowsy feeling when reading some informative books. I'm sure some of the information is somewhat outdated but the majority of it is still great information that can be applied instantly and with successful outcomes if done appropriately.
