The idea for this story came from Helen Rutter's son, who has a she wanted to write the book that he would love to read, starring a child like him.
Loved this book from start to finish. An amazing sequel to the first. It was lovely being back in the world of Billy Plimpton and seeing the development of all the characters.
A middle grade story telling the issues of fame, social media and addictions. This is the second book about Billy Plimpton and is was good to see what he was up to now. The jokes were cringe but amusing and the morals were woven throughout the story well. I think this is an important read for kids and parents alike.
