I've read this book several times, as it serves as a wonderful tool to boost your motivation and mindset towards recruitment. Recruitment can be considered one of those beasts to wait and figure out at the last minute, but that tactic always proves to be unsuccessful at the end of the day. In turn recruitment should be a daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly task. The guys over at Phired Up Productions know that, and know it well.

This book provides any fraternity leader, member, alumnus, adviser, or even marketing specialist with practical tools and exercises to focus selling your organization's benefits. The title tagline is very cleaver because with this book their are limitless possibilities if you implement some of these steps in you current marketing plans.

Now that I've reread this material I am very eager to mentor the younger brothers of the fraternity with their recruitment plans.

Good Guys is an excellent read for fraternity leaders who truly want to make positive changes in their chapters. The team at Phired Up ushered in the values-based movement and they did it right. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in growing, expanding, and improving their chapter.
