Nancy Horowitz Kleinbaum was an American writer and journalist. She is the author of the novel Dead Poets Society, which is based on the movie of the same name.
This one one was really sad; first the books at Kellerman's show that the business is in the hole, so Max has to let Penny and several other staff members go...until Baby finds out that the woman in charge of the books was simply incompetent. Then, Johnny's childhood friend, Flash, visits, desperate to follow his dreams and wanting to take Johnny along, resulting in Flash's death. I thought the ending was rushed, with no real resolution, but I still enjoyed the story.
