Olivia hides the little kitten away, but later that night she is nowhere to be found. Could Smudge's disappearance have anything to do with Jack?

Animal Stories Book 19 but only the fourth I have read, and the score check is Dogs #2 Cats #2 - the Cats tie it up as this one involves grand theft meow as a cat gets catnapped and all sorts of trouble and grief comes into play. What drama!! Anyway another reasonable story with lashings of cuteness and sentimentality.

I love these books so much! They're so sweet, but so sad! Very easy reads, so they're good books for younger readers (though older readers can read and enjoy them too!) This book is definitely one of my favorites out of the several Holly Webb books I have!
