A short story by William Butler, author of the novels Bang and The House of Balestrom. Ace loved the boys and he knew that his Camaro would be a hot magnet for them to take a ride with him. What Ace didn't know was that the one boy he decided to pick up this time around wants something more from him than a good time...he wants revenge.
William is a low key writer who never stops writing. He was born in Morehead City, NC. He moved around a lot as a child living in various places such as NY, GA, FL, VA, until his family settled back in NC, where he lives now. He runs the blog Bang Noir and writes articles for examnier.com. His debut novel, Bang, a noir suspense novel, was published in December 2010. His other works include: The House of Balestrom, Time of the Season, Smoking Gun (the sequel to Bang) and Agatha Christie inspired novel Nine to Dine.
Different. Could have been easily 4 stars even with the way it ends, I just can't quite get the motivation behind the MC's final choice (revenge or not).
