Each book I've read is better then the previous one.
I'm a big fan of the detective, (especially badass females), mystery genre.
It's very refreshing that Detective Sawyer along with being fearless on the job, is a dedicated, happily married woman. Not to mention a proud and loving mother and positive role model to two daughters.
This book has you hooked from beginning to end, especially if you read book 1. I love how this is more than entertaining, but deals with real issues like human trafficking and genocide. I highly recommend both books.
I do hope that there's a book three! Never saw all of the drama coming, especially after the first book. The ending was quite ingenius, so here's that review. I'm a fan!
