Edward Smalls got the nickname Sawbones by cutting people up. For a bloke called Robert, who is Eastern European. Now, small time dope pusher Alfred Leonard wants Edward to star in a snuff film. With additional fuckery.

And everyone knows that Edward will turn his hand to most things if the price is right.

But Edward is not the luckiest guy on earth, and everything might just go disgustingly wrong.

The Twofer...

And a family of morons...

According to Alfred, the Leonard crime family was branching out into Europe, and now they were getting into films...

He casually told Smalls the Germans wanted snuff porn, then sat there looking dull and stupid...

Leonard asked Smalls if he did snuff...

Smalls was pretty sure this idiot didn't even know what snuff was...

Smalls enlightened Leonard that snuff was murder on film. Smalls knew that if this moron gave those psychopaths the wrong thing, it wouldn't end well for him...

Nevertheless...
Smalls agreed to do the job...

He sat outside a busy hospital looking for a woman or child. He would make this job a twofer...

He would rape, torture, and kill the victim, then sell her organs on the black market...

Let's just say Smalls was able to deliver on the twofer in a spectacular way...

I liked this short story so much that I've decided to read the rest of the series. If it weren't for the subject matter, this story would've been a little humorous. I wasn't sure if Leonard was the moron or if it was Smalls.

Great extreme short
