Finished this one as part of a professional book club...despite its dated nature and references to "trendy" management philosophy, the general principles are sound and good reminders that you have power in your position to initiate change. Good behavior is best modeled; we'll see how I do in present company. Further reflection can be completed through the 59 exercises included in the text; chapters are short in nature and can be easily chunked for quick reading.

Good book, starts off well and then becomes repetitive and tenuous, which makes it fall short of a better rated review. Would be better off condensing it all to about the 25 distinct points that it actually covers.
