5* - life-changing!
This is the best book I've read (so far) for people with ADHD 😍
I picked up the 2010 revised edition at a second-hand bookshop for $12 and I would spend much much more for the amount of validation, science, wisdom, practical advice etc contained in this, especially given the format and how ADHD-friendly it is! (The format is answers to questions submitted to the authors, sorted into chapters based on topics. Some of the answers are a few lines, some are a few pages. The answers are based on scientific evidence, clinical practice, and also anecdotal evidence. The use of so many small sections helped sustain my attention, and I read the whole book in just a few sessions 💡)
I have made a couple of notes to check the more recent science for some of the answers, however overall this is a really approachable, useful guide and I highly recommend.
