A useful set of tools for any school leader

This book is a light read full of practical tools, activities, and scenarios to support any school leader dealing with difficult staff. Perhaps the most exciting sections for me are how to prevent any of these behaviors in the first place and specific actions a leader should take to build positive school climate and culture.
