Picked up this signed book at a "Friends of the Library" sale. As a Packer fan, I'm totally in awe of what Ron Wolf did, turning Green Bay around from a laughing stock in the 80s to Super Bowl Champion in the 90s. The book made me chuckle and scratch my head, he contradicts himself sometimes and there is a lot of redundancy in the writing. In the 25 seasons since the author wrote the book, the team has had its ups and downs, but more years than not, they've been in the playoffs and a threat to win the Super Bowl.

Very informative. A lot of good ideas and advice. Ron Wolf doesn't just talk about a football organization, he talks about other work organizations, from menial jobs to corporate organizations, using his advice. He makes a lot of good points but I believe the most important one he tries to get across is...you're not perfect, but don't stop believing in yourself.

I might be bias but this was written by my step-dad, don't let the By Ron Wold fool you. It is really good if you ever want insight on how to build a winning team, as the title states.
