Laura Sjoberg is Assistant Professor at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Her first book Gender, Justice and the Wars in Iraq was published in 2006. She has published articles on just war theory in the International Journal of Feminist Politics, International Politics and International Studies Quarterly. Her research focuses on gender, just war theory, international security and international ethics.

Lumayan Ok, namun jujur buku Sjoberg sebelumnya masih lebih baik, mungkin karena dalam buku sebelumnya lebih luas tidak terbatas pada keamanan, perang dan militer dari sudut pandang feminis Barat...namun di chapter 11 nya ada yang menarik yaitu Explaning Sexual Violence in Conflict Situation, sebuah tulisan yang cukup mudah di mengerti dalam menjelaskan contoh tools dan methodologi,serta pengaplikasian teori pada konflik... sulit dijelaskan dengan kata yang pasti menarik.
yang pasti ini salah satu buku yang ingin saya ulang lagi bacanya dari awal.
