Overrated. Length unjustified for the jargon that it's filled with. Poorly presented at many places, not to mention the erratic font and needlessly complicated diagrams.

My professors all recommend reading KDT but this textbook was not doing it for me -- there are far better and more comprehensive alternatives out there, such as Lippincott.
