Optimisation of pulse GTAW parameters for welding of Alluminium alloy
There is always need of some better materials, Processes and Techniques. The alluminium having light weight is most commonly used material now days.The alluminium alloy AA6063 has been welded using pulsed GTAW. The Process is optimised for good weld bead geometry. The welded material is Tested in lab for its strength. The work presents an approach based on design of experiments for the determination of optimum welding parameters for a good weld bead.
