Mixing up crazy PT with tri training - back when I still wanted to go STO / CRO and escape acquisitions - not much has changed since then.

A great elaboration on "The Complete Guide to Navy Seal Fitness" including weight training.

The section on "advanced abdominal" training is critically important for avoiding back injury associated with classic sit ups.
