Wonderful overview of Mexican movie posters; a plus is the Spanish words you will learn as the wording of each poster is translated into English. I think you can learn a lot about a culture by looking at the movies that are successful in a given geographic area; often there are deeply held norms/values that are reflected in choice of entertainment.

This was quite enjoyable because the author included movie notes, references about the actors, and some obscure films. This is am essential book for those interested in movie poster art. Well done, senor.

Ha ha, over waarde gesproken. Nee, zonder grappen of grollen, Spaanse posters en Mexicaanse lijken behoorlijk op elkaar, dus kip of ei? Of streepje of puntje. Punt. Elementen. Algoeds.
