Selia Karsten is Professor of Marketing and e-Business at Seneca College and also teaches in the Curriculum, Teaching, and Learning Department at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. Diana Denton is Assistant Professor of Speech Communication at the University of Waterloo.
