Rate this book
How do you forge a future when the ghosts of your past come to life? br/br/As a child, Sarah had dreams about an imaginary friend, a boy a few years older than her named Cory. He was like a big brother, showing her tiny villages and castles that he built out of twigs and pebbles. Now in her twenties, after being away for years, she has come back to visit her parents in Kentucky, to introduce them to her fianceacute;, Andy. During their first meeting, her mother mentions Cory. Andy notices that the name upsets Sarah, and asks her about it when they are alone. She refuses to talk about it at first but slowly she tells him about Cory, and about her childhood, things she has never told anyone.
