as someone who was in church as a child then out as a teen i looked for a tool which would teach me how to pray. This was the book God chose to use. it is so simple yet it guides you into a conversational relationship. it is not the only book on prayer i have but it is the one i go back to when i am teaching others.

This is a very helpful prayer guide to be used on a day-to-day basis. Not something you read through once for information or entertainment. It is the best thing of its kind I have used. I highly recommend it as a means to improve your prayer guide. The title refers to the recommended daily time of 29 min. 59 seconds (i.e., half an hour).
