The book was really good with some good takeaways. I wish I had read it earlier in my career/life as it would have helped me to focus in and let go of things.
I started reading this book and was really enjoying it but then life DID get in the way. It was nice to spend a few quiet minutes at the end of a hectic day with Mary and read about how to try and get my hold back.
