Nathan Davis (1812–1882) was an archaeologist known for his work on the site of Carthage.

Before becoming an archaeologist, Davis was a missionary to Jews in Northern Africa.

From 1856 to 1858, he was excavated at Carthage and Utica on behalf of the British Museum.
