good projects

I'm making the "turning corners" blanket right now. It will be interesting to see how it turns out. I have to say, I'd probably make about 75% of the patterns in here either for myself or for a gift. For a pattern book, that's a pretty high percentage, in my opinion.
The instructions are well written and easy to follow. This is only my third crochet project, and so far it's been fairly easy (and for a blanket with 20 squares, it's worked up pretty quickly).
I would recommend this book to people who are interesting in crocheting blankets.

Great patterns in a thoughtfully flip spiral book so you can work form the pattern when the book is open flat. Only two blankets out of the twenty patterns I personally thought was ugly. These patterns are surprisingly easy and yet look complex. Good instructive illustrations. This maybe a purchase for me.

Twenty different throw patterns, some unique stiches, and great stitch directions/photos. If you want to make a throw, this should have a pattern for every taste/occasion
