An infomercial that I paid for

This book is a bunch a blog posts and ads for his supplements cobbled into book. And every chapter was virtually the same, repeated over and over, with just a different med plugged in. Example: to get off SSRIs, take my supplements for a week, begin taper, taper off, continue taking the supplements for 45 days after. If it doesn't work? go back and on the meds. (Nice little caveat there) chapter 2, same word for word, except swap out Benzos for SSRIs, rinse repeat.

Good book

This was a good book with a lot of detail on withdrawal. However, the book was one big commercial for the author's products.
