Mentoring, or mentorship, is simply a growing, strengthening relationship between a mentor, who is more experienced, not necessarily older, but certainly wiser, and his or her protégé, a mentee, or someone who is less experienced and thus need assistance from the mentor. Mentorship is a notion with a long and storied history.
Different themes will be explored in this book, and the reader will be able to advance their mentoring career by learning from the experiences provided.
