This probably would've made more sense if I knew anything about the Canadian government or law, which I don't.
My copy is inscribed with a message from the author that it is 'the only proven cure for all forms of insomnia', but actually I found it quite interesting and learned a lot. Senate appointments for life?! Not needing a referendum to change the constitution?! Crazy stuff.
I'm wondering how much it has been used/changed in the 30 years since publishing tho...
