I generally don't pick up books like this, but I was intrigued by this one for some reason. I quickly remembered why I don't usually read books like this.
I will say though, I did glean one useful insight from this book, which is that the key to good conversation is to ask the other person the questions that you wish they would ask you. The author never actually states this though. So there, I saved you a hundred pages. Go read a hundred pages of something else that will actually help you now.
