This book was geared more to someone looking to create a line of food based products (such as hot sauces, or cupcakes) whereas I'm looking more to work for myself as a caterer / personal chef. Regardless, it contained some great information about what it takes to start a business, including information on business licensees, health regulations and work space needs. As a result, I'm thinking about my business in a very different way, with overall beneficial results.
