Statistics, which was once regarded as the ‘Science of Statecrafts’ and was concerned to the administrative activities like framing the various state policies, has progressed so much so that it has not left any field of human activities. It has become indispensable for every phase of human endeavour, so much so, that one can easily say that modem culture and life have become Statistical Culture.
