Definitely a must read book.

What we see, hear, feel, speak about or infer, is never it, but only our human abstraction about 'it' (c)

Great book that delves into a sub-field of study within Psychology as it was just emerging, now semi-lost in the last century. I've only partially read "Science and Sanity" however this book covers a lot of key concepts and is about a 10th the length. Worth a read for anyone interested in philosophy, psychology, culture studies etc...
