We went on a trip to England, Scotland, and Wales the last 14 days. I had checked out a bunch of books to familiarize myself with the main points of this area. I didn't have time to read this one but did today. It was a good review of many of the things we saw and experienced. England is truly a great place as are Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately, there was a terrible suicide bombing by a monster at a concert in Manchester by Arianne Grande killing 22 people.
I really like all three areas but feel the US of A is a more comfortable place. However, I am very grateful for the visit.

32 pages. Another great book in the Exploring Countries series. Format and information is excellent. Great photos, charts and additional information at the end. Great job! Highly recommended Gr. 4 and up.

This book is all about England and allows young readers to learn about the country’s traditions and landmarks. My husband and I went on a trip to England without our daughter, and this book helped her learn about the places we went. The pictures are great and it’s well written.
