I read this book when I was about 13-14. It was one of the first Jackie French books I read and to this day French is still one of my favourite authors. This book is a great story, and the mysterious plot and story line makes it all the more intriguing, I didn't want to put it down!

My favourite book growing up. I have re-read it many times, finding something new and wonderful everytime
