This book is written by a Catholic seminary instructor primarily for seminarians. I am a Catechist so it overlaps my role considerably. It is not overly long or wordy. It doesn't drag. It is quite the guidebook to becoming a better person.

The second status merely for the tips on self care. Gula has several sexist comments demeaning women through out this book. Surely there are other texts for ministers to acquire holiness.
