Je suis sidéré par certains des propos de ce livre comme "les athées n'ont aucune sensibilité" ou encore "les femmes peuvent être vendues sur un marché" (je ne sais plus à quelle époque il faisait référence en parlant de cette pratique) Bref, même si ce récit offre une vision éclairante de Paris pré-révolutionnaire, je ne supporte pas ce genre de propos et je ne peux pas aller jusqu'au bout de ce genre de livres.

Bon, je ne l'ai pas lu en entier car j'étais en retard pour mon partiel, mais étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un recueil d'articles on va dire que ce n'est pas grave

Franchement les articles de Mercier sont vraiment bien. C'est court, clair et concis, et j'adore son ton cinglant. Il est intelligent car il ne critique pas à vide, il a toujours des propos pertinents et intéressant qui justifient ses propos

ogólnie podobała mi się, są rozdziały ciekawsze i te mniej ciekawe, szkoda, że brak jakichś bardziej szczegółowych przypisów no i mam wrażenie, że te ciekawsze rozdziały nie wyczerpały tematów, zaś te mniej ciekawe z kolei bywały niepotrzebnie przeciągnięte
