The arrived in the mail today and I immediately devoured it. The information contained within is fantastic and I can tell that this is going to be a book which I will be referring to over and over again. Marianne is a genius when it comes to light and shadows. The enclosed lighting placement guides are invaluable. This book is just sheer brilliance.

A very good basic explanation of drawing shadows. I've not seen a book that explains it so simple and straightforward. Good for beginners or anyone needing a refresher.
