I'm having a hard time finishing this book because I don't have enough patience to sit through too long of a session of reading medical terminology, etc. And I am not convinced in my own endeavors of erasing pain that it totally works. But the concepts of myotherapy intrigue me and some of the testimonials are very believable.

Anyone can learn this. Hugely pragmatic system of pain relief using "trigger points". Amazing.
