I liked Ax and Ronnie's story. There are laugh our loud moments that made the story fun to read. The chemistry between them is amazing as well. Both of them have family drama that helps them connect more on a personal level, but it was also a point of contention between them. Ronnie was able to break free much easier than Ax, and I would've done the same thing she did with Ax. After breaking to cycle, don't jump back in it. But fortunately, Ax realizes it eventually as well, and things work out for them in the end. Good read!

Ronnie has come to help her grandma after someone hit her and she needs help at home and in the flower shop.

Ax is her grandma's neighbor that will do anything for Evelyn. He is also very committed to his brother, his wife and daughter that conflicts get in their way.

So can they find their way back to each other and a forever?.

Laugh out loud

Not my usual reading but I'm so glad I took the time to read this. If you need a book that will have people looking at you funny because you burst out laughing, this is it. The MC and MMC read like a real couple. I liked that it covers some really important topics without being too heavy about them. I appreciated that it didn't turn into a self help book.

Ronnie and Axel’s story has them meeting and the flirting and chemistry was enjoyable. But the family members keep getting in their way. So when it was time to do what needs to be done they both do so they could enjoy a relationship.

What happens when you go help your grandmother, and your ex rolls around? Well say the hot neighbour is your boyfriend of course! Well it not that simple because there is some history with said neighbor. If you like a lightly slow burn with teasing and steam this is the book for you.

This was my first read from this author. The story pulled me in from the start. I loved the first person point of view which is a deal breaker for me. I really enjoyed the story, because I liked Ronnie, she was a great character.

What a fun, sexy story. Ax and Ronnie are hilarious together ❤️ 🤣. Great story line with a surprise almost end.
I love Ella Sloane stories, so much fun to read and I can't put them down till I'm done it!!!
