Unusual collection of letters from Barry Long to male aspirants who were asking for advice in the 80s and 90s. Practical and down to earth, Barry’s style keeps both feet on the ground. This book is a good companion to Barry’s audio lectures and will be useful after having done those for a while and having digested his approach to awakening.
