Mara Wilson may look quiet and unassuming, but blending in is just one of her skills. The three of them make up the best of the best, and they’ll set the world on fire in more ways than one. Their mission is to take down BioCere, Inc and expose their evils to the world, while also helping to save Tony’s friends. Along the way, they find a burning attraction to each other as well as justice.
Ignite is a contemporary MMF ménage romance that contains dark themes and mentions of abuse, human imprisonment, and medical torture. This novella is a standalone accompaniment to The Progeny Duet. You do not have to read Progeny or Retribution to enjoy this story, however it does contain spoilers if you choose to read them in the future.

Ignite is a novella that can be enjoyed as a standalone romance. Events and characters from the book do crossover with the author’s ‘Progeny Duet’. To get the maximum enjoyment out of the novella, you may wish to read ‘Progeny’ and ‘Retribution’ first.
Mara works as an assistant for an important yet corrupt man. She’s quiet, unassuming, and a bit of a wallflower. At least, that’s what she leads people to believe. Underneath her mousy appearance, Mara hides the brilliant brain of one of the country’s most powerful hackers. She’s on a mission to destroy the man and company that robbed her of her family and childhood. She’s so close she can almost taste it, she just needs a little help.
Quinn is an experienced document forger. He helps women in distress escape their abusers. He works on the side of the angels. With his surfer’s body and California good looks, the ladies have always come easy to him. Ever since he met Mara, his sights have been set on only one. When she asks him to help, he’s going to make sure that he’s indispensable to her in every way.
Tony is a security expert and amazing hacker in his own right. He works for Bennet Adley, the son of one of the most powerful men in country. When someone has the nerve to hack him, he’s intrigued enough to chance a meeting. When he realizes he’s been bestest by Mara, his mind is blown and he’s smitten. When she introduces him to Quinn, the situation only heats up.
Can these three vigilante heroes work together to bring down a criminal organization? Can they avenge Mara’s family? Will the forces mounting against them, drive them apart or bring them together?
For fans of Rathe’s ‘Progeny Duet’ this is an absolute MUST READ! You get behind the scenes access and extra snippets of your favorite characters. Then there is a HUGE…SURPRISE! But SPOILERS! For new fans, this is a great introduction. This was an amazing read. The characters were witty and funny. The action was dramatic and intense. The story flowed so well that I finished it in one sitting. I can’t praise this enough. It was everything I hoped for and then it delivered more. Fan-Feckin-Tastic! I wish I could give it more stars.

5 ⭐️ ! The way I devour anything this author writes is insane. Like seriously I worship the ground this woman walks on.
I FREAKING LOVED THIS!! It was short and sweet, and exactly what I needed. I was dying for Tony's backstory, and literally the only complaint I have is that it's a little too short.
I would have loved to see a little more character development and some more backstory on Quinn and Mara.
It was so good to read more about this world, and I'm sad to have to leave all these addictive characters behind...
I wouldn't recommend reading this without reading the Progeny duet first, but it's possible to read as stand-alone.
As always the smut was impeccable.

Tony's story was a nice little novella giving us insight into all the background work that happens in the Progeny Duet. So even though it can be a standalone, I do not recommend reading this until you have read the Duet. Like the author mentioned, it has spoilers. If you don't mind them, then full steam ahead.

I LOVED getting to read Tony’s story. I enjoyed his character in the original duet and was so happy to get to see him find his HEA. A fast paced read that I would recommend for anyone who loved the original duet, and the steam? *chef’s kiss*

MFM Romance... Great novella. I was so happy to read Tony's story after him being such an integral character in Retribution. I love multi partner novels, also am I the only one that gasped at the cliff hanger ending.

I know it was a novella, but I really wanted it to be longer LOL. I really would have enjoyed a deeper dive into all 3 of these people.

When she learns Tony has also been working from the inside to bring down Adley, they join forces and contact a friend of Mara's making a powerful team that just happens to also be explosive in the bedroom 😏
Ignite takes place during the events of Rebecca's Progeny Duet. There are some characters crossovers and you will get a sneaky peak at the Progeny Duet plot if you haven't read it yet.

A fine addition to the Progeny duet. It was interesting to see Tony’s side of things, but the ending was a bit much and felt like a cliffhanger, of sorts.
